  • Earn points by taking quizzes to learn about Kyoto culture and manners, taking surveys, visiting stores, and posting on SNS.
  • Participate in prize lottery using points

How to win prizes
Select a prize from the list of prizes on the TOP page and draw a prize
Winning prizes can be found in the “Winning Prizes List”.
Prizes can be received in the following ways.
  • With an electronic ticket, press the “Redeem” button for the prize you wish to redeem from the “List of Winning Prizes” screen at the pickup location, and a staff member will press the ‘Use’ button (the screen will switch to a screen that says “Redeemed”).
  • Push the “Redeem” button for the prize you wish to redeem from the “List of Winning Prizes” screen at the pickup location, and a staff member will push the ‘Use’ button (the screen will change to one that says “Redeemed”).
  • If you wish to send the prize by shipping out, press the Ship out (Japan only)” button for the prize you wish to redeem from the “List of Winning Prizes” screen, and enter the shipping out address information (the screen will change to one that says “already applied for shipping out).
Precautions
  • Although participation is free of charge, the user is required to bear any communication charges incurred.
  • For questions about your device, such as how to read a QR code, please contact your carrier.
  • If you change your mobile phone after participating in the event concerned, you can restart the stamp rally (stamp collecting) by logging in with your [email address] and [password]. Please note that if you cannot remember your email
  • If you use a smartphone, please enable cookie acceptance before participating. Please note that if you participate with cookies disabled, your stamp information will not be saved.
  • Cookie IDs are different for each browser. After starting the stamp rally, please use the same browser for access. If you use a different browser for access, the stamp information will not be saved.
  • If you use the Safari browser on iPhone, please turn off private browsing before participating. If this setting is on, stamp information will not be saved because cookie information will be automatically deleted.
  • If you use the Chrome browser on Android, please turn off incognito mode before participating. If this setting is on, stamp information will not be saved because cookie information will be automatically deleted.
  • Please note that if cookies are deleted, the saved information (such as stamp information) will also be deleted.
  • Please note that although thorough operational testing has been conducted, you may not be able to participate in the stamp rally with an overseas mobile phone or certain other mobile phones (smartphones). It is not possible to participate with a computer or tablet device.

Handling of personal information
Kyoto City Tourism Association, a public interest incorporated association (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” and other designations as appropriate), complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws, regulations, etc., strives to appropriately handle and protect personal information and other information obtained in the course of providing its services (hereinafter referred to as “user information”), and handles user information in the following manner.
